Kaapeesh - Quiche


This is an easy to make quiche recipe that has all the ingredients for something that is MMMM good.

1 deep dish pie crust
1 cup of milk
1 cup of cheese
3 eggs
Optional : Brocolli, Mushrooms, Onions, etc.
Necessary: Bacon is a must. 1/4 - 1/2 cups of bacon bits or opt for the real thing. be sure to cook the bacon first.

Put veggies on bottom of pie shell. Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over the top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

Grandma's Carrots


5 cups of sliced carrots
2 diced green peppers
1 diced onion
1 can tomato soup
1 tsp. of Worcestshire Sauce
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
3/4 cup of sugar
3/4 cups of white vinegar
1 tsp. of mustard
Cook carrots 10-15 minutes and drain
Add all ingredients and cook another 10 minutes

Pauly P's Steak Tip Marinade





Steaks on the Grill....AHHH!

2-3 parts Kikkoman teriyaki sauce


.5 -1 part - Red wine (merlot, cabsav, pinot noir, etc.)


Heaping spoonful or two of minced garlic


Spoon or two of Pastene's hot crushed red peppers




This Pinault favorite has all the makings of a Portagee/Frenchee steak tip indulgence. You only need to marinate the tips for a few hours. I wouldn't recommend doing it overnight it will get too salty. Bon appetite.

Side note: If you are grilling outside in the winter....."shut the door, the heat is getting out!"- Pauly P
